ice awardsExeter ICE is a Christian schoolswork Charity. They assist the local body of education by providing a vital spiritual element in schools. They run assemblies and teach in classes, all of which support the syllabus and government guidelines. They also run full and half day projects, Christian Unions (CU’s) and evening events. ICE is a local voluntary body, supported by a wide group of city churches and individuals, and has dedicated itself to bringing a Christian dimension into Exeter’s education system.

ICE was establishedice awards2 by a partnership of churches within Exeter and has dedicated itself to bringing a Christian dimension into Exeter’s education system. It is a registered Charity, a Company Limited by Guarantee and is administered by a Board of Directors made up of local church leaders, parents and educationalists.

Ed Bird is the Secondary Schools and Events Coordinator for ICE. Ed is a regular contributor to worship and assemblies at St Peter’s and can often be seen playing in our Worship Band.

Mischa Jones, a member of our Hope and Faith group, who left St Peter’s in July 2013 was recently recognised at the ICE Awards for her outstanding commitment to the school and her inspirational contribution to the Christian life of St Peter’s throughout her time here.
