A team of Flybe trainers and assistants came in to school on Thursday 1st May to run an exciting day of activities for 60 year 9 students. In groups of 5 the students were given a £10 million budget to start up their own airline business. They purchased aircraft, chose the most profitable routes to travel and sold seats to make money. They also got the opportunity to play team games, design and make a crew uniform from crape paper and practice a safety demonstration. It was an enjoyable day and the feedback from students was very positive.
