Week beginning 3rd June
Welcome back!!! We hope and pray that you’ve had a restful half term break. During our final half term we will be drawing to a close our academic year by reflecting on some of the themes and ideas we have thought about through 2018 and 2019. It will undoubtedly feel a little quieter at St.Peter’s this week with Year 11 in exams and Year 10 out on Work Experience.
In our Acts of Worship this week we will be thinking about “Thy Kingdom Come” – a prayer initiative led by the Church of England which is being held from Thursday 30th May to Sunday 9th June 2019.
The QT for the first week back explores a famous thought experiment called “The Trolley Problem”. Many of our students may have come across this dilemma before but there is a real opportunity to do some extended thinking in this QT and get our young people to ponder and deliberate on tough choices.

Heavenly Father, at times in life we will face difficult choices. Help us all to be people who think deeply and make well thought out decisions. Help us to be wise and make a positive difference both in school and beyond. In Jesus name we pray. Amen
