Barclays Bank visit

Year 9 students recently enjoyed a fantastic visit from Barclays Bank, who joined us in the Maths Department to explore how mathematical thinking connects to real-world careers.

Students learned how concepts they study in class — like percentages, growth and risk — play a key role in saving, investing, and understanding the stock market.

It was a brilliant opportunity for them to see how considered risk and mathematical thinking can guide their future decisions.
