A Warm Welcome

Our “Excellent” SIAMS and “Good” Ofsted inspection judgements recognise that we are working well as a community to ensure that students receive an excellent education that enables them to “Live life to the full”.

Our relentless commitment to learning means we know we can always do even better.

Our vision at St Peter’s Church of England Voluntary Aided School is to ensure students receive an excellent education that will enable them to live life to the full.

Our focus on Character Education and mental health and wellbeing is recognised nationally.  We educate for wisdom, courage and compassion so that our community flourishes.  Staff participate in ongoing training so that they lead fulfilling professional lives and deliver high quality experiences and outcomes that benefit our students.

Our Principles of HOPE and St Peter’s Character Compass are embedded into our daily life and our long term aims.  We aspire to enable every member of St Peter’s to say, “People believe the best of me here, I am safe.  I take considered risks in order to learn and grow.  I bring the best of me to St Peter’s and serve others to live the best life they can too.”
